Refunds

Calc² · last updated 23 August 2026

The app store handled your payment, so the store handles the refund. We never see your card and we cannot charge or credit it. Both stores have their own refund process, and both are faster than writing to us.

If you bought it on the App Store

Apple is the seller. Report the purchase at reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the same account that bought it, choose the purchase and say what happened. Apple decides the request, usually within a few days, and its decision is not ours to make or to overturn.

If you bought it on Google Play

Google is the seller. In the Play Store, open your order history and request a refund there. Requests made shortly after purchase are usually handled automatically; later ones come to us to approve, and we approve them. Write to the address below with the order number and we will pass it on.

If you are in the EU or the UK

Consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right can end once the download starts and you agreed it would, which is what the store asks you at the moment of purchase. Where the right still applies, exercising it goes through the store, the same way as above. None of this page limits a statutory right you have.

Something wrong with the app?

If Calc² is broken rather than simply not what you wanted, tell us before asking for a refund and we will try to fix it: fx.fenom@gmail.com. Say which phone you are on. A bug that is our fault is worth a fix for everyone, not only a refund for you.
